Enjoy Lake Erie with all of its splendor! You have access to an association owned private beach/park and a view of some of the most breath taking sunsets you will ever see. And you are in the heart of wine country to enjoy some of the best wineries Ohio has to offer.
The house has a front porch with a relaxing view of Lake Erie.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. There is a large dining table just off the kitchen and a wet bar to include glassware and all wet bar accessories. The kitchen also provides an open concept layout to the family room with a breakfast bar in between.
The HUGE family room has a 65" TV with bistro table and gas log fireplace. The French doors open to a furnished private 24x24 patio with small waterfall garden , hot tub and fire pit overlooking a private 1+ acre yard. Additionally there is a small covered porch for a secondary fire pit. (Wood is not provided). The open yard invites outdoor games with provided corn hole .
The 3 bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All blankets, linens, sheets, bath, dish towels INCLUDED ******BRING YOUR OWN beach towels.
This great location just minutes from Geneva State Park Beach and Marina, Geneva on the Lake, and wineries. Covered bridges- https://www.coveredbridgefestival.org , Arcola Creek estuary http://www.lakemetroparks.com/parks/arcola-creek.shtml is within walking distance at the end of the street, Erie Shores golf course http://www.lakemetroparks.com/parks/golf/erieshores.shtml is less than one mile away. Spire institute -http://www.spireinstitute.org.
This is the Walleye capital of the world. Lake Erie is well known for its world class walleye and perch fishing. The Geneva State Park Marina is minutes to the east and has top notch boating services including overnight dockage, trailer storage, launching ramps, and fish cleaning service. If you don't bring your boat just book your chartered fishing trip at one of the many charter boats available. We can assist you with this and any other information upon request.

Summary: The house and property were both spacious and clean and comfortable. What was supposed to be a mom and daughters trip ended up being a mom, daughter and granddaughter’s trip so we had a lot of fun and a lot of laughs. We all loved the home and are already talking about going back sometime. We loved having an indoor fireplace, hot tub, and fire pit to use. We also loved listening to the pond and found it very soothing. The yard was also very large and spacious to play lots of outdoor games.

Summary: Jeff is an excellent host. He provided a very warm welcome and good details on use of certain items or electronics around the home. He was easy to reach and responds quickly if need anything or have a question. House was immaculate and very well equipped with essentials of all kinds. Loved that there was a coffee bar also fully equipped even though I did not get to use it, there is nothing worse then staying somewhere without having your first morning cup. Definitely recommend staying here! :

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The house is super cute with beautiful lake house decor. The living room with the huge couch and TV was a great hangout spot and we really enjoyed the yard with the hot tub and grill. Just a short walk to Lake Erie! We highly recommend this rental!

Summary: My husband and I enjoy wineries and heard that Madison/Geneva was the place to go in Ohio. We found this place and it worked so well and the location was perfect for what we were looking for! The property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. Would definitely recommend!
